1.4.1 prerelease

Hi all,

    it turns out that QuantLib 1.4 doesn't work with Clang and the newly-released Boost 1.57 (see <https://github.com/lballabio/quantlib/issues/163>). I'll release a fix as version 1,4,1 in a few days. In the meantime, if you have some time please download it from <https://sourceforge.net/projects/quantlib/files/QuantLib/prerelease/> and check if you have any problems.
