Brazilian Business/252 daycount

People,

I made a Business/252 (most used in Brazil) day counter to QuantLib and send
it like a patch (Request ID 1528321). It is quite generical once it cam be
used with any Calendar.
If someone has any question about it please let me know.

        thanks for the patch. I'll have a look at it when I come back
