Bug in Solaris build

Simon Ibbotson
In file ql/pricingengines/lookback/analyticcontinuousfloatinglookback.cpp

Local variable defined as
Real SS = underlying()/minmax();

SS is a numeric constant under Solaris (v10) running on x86 machines.

Suggested remedy: change the local variable name from SS to Ss.

Cheers,

Simon
