I'm not familiar with bjam, but the name of the library depends on
what compiler flags you set. It's the same convention used by Boost
and described at

http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_48_0/more/getting_started/windows.html#library-naming>,
so you might be able to look at their bjam files and see what they're
doing.
