I'm not sure if you've looked at it, but it would be more of a rewrite than a port. Both the language and architecture are very different from C++.
In addition, CUDA is probably going the way of the dodo with ATI and NVIDIA focusing more on OpenCL these days. Which parts in particular are you interested in? /Steve

At least with nVidia, CUDA will be the basis for OpenCL.
