Calendar question

Luigi Ballabio-2
Hi all,
I just made some minor fixes to the TARGET calendar. In particular, the
latter has a few one-shot holidays. For example, Dec. 31st 1999 TARGET was
closed in order to allow testing systems for the Y2K thing; and Dec. 31st,
2001 it was closed to allow testing systems for the introduction of Euro.
My question is: are you aware of any such "days off" for other calendars
which we should introduce?

Thanks,
        Luigi

I found 4 one-shot holidays in Tokyo calendar.

Apr 10 1959 -- Marriage day of Prince Akihito.
Feb 24 1989 -- The day of the Rites of Imperial Funeral.
Nov 12 1990 -- The day of an enthronement ceremony.
Jun  9 1993 -- Marriage day of Prince Naruhito.

Thanks.
