Hi Amitesh,
QuantLib itself (the core C++ analytics library) doesn't require
ObjectHandler or log4cxx.
QuantLibAddin (which links QuantLib to various platforms including
Excel) requires ObjectHandler and log4cxx. You need log4cxx version
0.9.7, I just tested the link and it seems to work.
