due to an upgrade of the Sourceforge site, the URL for the public
Subversion repository is now

https://svn.code.sf.net/p/quantlib/code/trunk>.
The old repository is still up, but it doesn't seem to be updated. If
you're relying on the Subversion repository, you'll want to check it
out again from the new address.
