It's not on the todo list, if anyone cares to contribute this feature it
would be welcome.
On the Excel side the work is trivial, just a question of adding the
ability to designate selected addin functions as thread safe, and
registering those functions with the $ character.
On the QuantLib side it's more complicated. Not all paths in the QuantLib
code are thread safe, details are available in the mailing list archives.
Some work would need to be done to configure QuantLibXL to use QuantLib in
a thread safe way.
