I have recently installed QuantLib and am trying to compile the
AmericanOption.cpp example. There doesn't appear to be a makefile for the
g++ compiler, and the Borland makefile format doesn't seem to work, as it
keeps giving "Missing Separator" errors. Does anyone know if the
makefile.mak is supposed to work for g++, or if there is a g++ makefile for
these example scripts?
