Getting wrong results for qlrand(). Wrong Excel Version?

Hello all,
I ran qlrand on three different QL Addins, one is coming from the official QuantLibXL binaries.

Same effect, qlrand returns always 0.

I guess the problem comes from my Excel (2003 SP3) or windows environment.
Does someone had the same effect and knows what to do?
