How to use the constraints?

Hi,

Please find a solution to ensure a "minimum" kappa during the calibration
enclosed in the attachment.

The important changes to the original DAXCalibration test case are
1. define class KappaConstraint (line 42-60)
2. change starting values so that they fulfill the new kappa constraint (line
137).
3. calibrate with the additional constraint (line 154-156)
