Language support in Quantlib

Hi,

 I was searching, can we change Date Format and number Format in QuatLib to be used in accordance with the Regional settings of windows…..

Not at this time. You could write a date formatter (such as iso_date or
long_date, see ql/time/date.hpp) and use that one in your output.
