Life Cycle Modeling

I'm interested in any open source projects for life cycle financial
modeling, particularly as it applies to retirement planning (something
akin to ESPlanner that Scott Burns, the syndicated finaclial advisor,
is fond of).

The open source program KMyMoney is working on the bookkeeping end.
It would be helpful to pair it with a companion planning program.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
