MinGW, MSYS, and QuantLib

Hi,

I was finally successfully able to get up and running on my platform.
I have also written step by step instructions for anyone else that
chooses to go this route. They can be found here:

They are explicit instructions for installing QuantLib for MinGW by
installing and building Boost followed by a compilation from source of
QuantLib using the MSYS shell.  I hope it helps.  Michael Boldin was
kind enough to verify that the instructions worked for him as well.
