NuGet package update: QuantLib 1.8 for 64-bit C# projects

Hi all,

I recently updated the internals of NQuantLib64 to support QuantLib-1.8 in 64-bit mode.  As usual, there were no modifications made to the original QuantLib code prior to building the libraries and creating the package.
