QL now builds with gcc-3.0.1

Hi everyone,
I've commited some fixes to the CVS that should enable QuantLib
to compile under gcc-3.0.1 . If you still have problems building
QuantLib with this compiler, could you please send a detailed
report to the mailing list? Thanks,
