QuantLib perl swig compile dies under Fedora 4.

Andrew Barabasz
I had trouble compiling quantlib perl swig under Fedora 4 Linux.  The compile dies before
completion.  I have posted details here:

http://www.barabasz.us/quantlib

Any advice regarding how I should proceed to resolve is very much welcome.

Looking forward to being able to use QuantLib from perl!

Andrew,
apologies for the late reply. Unfortunately there's not much
information in the error log---the compiler seems to just have died. One
thing I can think of is that the wrappers are rather massive. Did you
try to compile them on your Pepper Pad? If this is the case, how much
memory it has? Also, one thing you might try is to disable optimization
while compiling the wrappers. This can be done by running configure as

./configure CXXFLAGS='-O0'

Later,
        Luigi
