QuantLib with the Lua language

Tawanda Gwena
Some time ago I managed to get Lua (http://lua.org ) to work with QuantLib. For those of you who don't know, Lua is an embedded scripting language used in applications like Adobe Lightroom and lots of games.

Here is an example of running QuantLib on the iPhone using Lua: LuaQuantLib.mov
Here are examples of what Lua/QuantLib scripts look like: http://tgwena.blogspot.com/

Due to Apple's restrictions I was not able to release the iphone version. I should be able release the app very shortly because I believe Apple's restrictions have been sufficiently lifted to enable such an application.

Hi Tawanda,
how did you do it?  Did you use SWIG's Lua module with the existing *.i
files?  If so, did you have to change anything, and would you be willing
to contribute the changes?

Luigi
