QuantLibAddin Tutorial : Additional #include required

Hi,

not sure if this is due to my set-up, but thought might be worth
mentioning in case others are having the same trouble:

I needed to add

#include <ql/quote.hpp>

to the stock.hpp file to get the tutorial 'Expose Additional QuantLib
Functionality to QuantLibXL' to compile.

I'm using v0.9.7 on windows 7.

otherwise, great bit of kit, thanks! Still trying to work out how best
to integrate it in my project,
