QuantLibXL 1.4 - prerelease 32- and 64-bit binaries

Hi All,

Thanks to a contribution which is gratefully received, the upcoming 1.4
release of QuantLibXL will include support for 64-bit Excel.

For anyone interested in getting a pre-release copy of the 32- or 64-bit
XLLs, the files may be found at the links below:

The source code for the above binaries is in the R01040x-branch of my
git repo.

Work on packaging the final release is ongoing.

Anybody who downloaded those prerelease files should download them  
again because some fixes were made.

I just updated the files on Dropbox and they are now the same as the  
ones on SourceForge.
