Question about compile & link

Hi,

 

I am a newbie of quantlib, I just installed boost_1_42 and QuantLib-1.0 and try one example in the http://quantlib.org/install/vc9.shtml. The complier is Visual C++ 2008.

 

Unfortunately, there is one error and a lot of warning as follows, what's the problem with it? Is it becuase of the version?
