RPM Package for QuantLib-0.3.1

I just compiled a rpm package for QuantLib-0.3.1 with a very simple spec
file. It compiles and installs under RedHat 8.0 + automake-1.7.*.

More tests will be needed on the rpm package. Please let me know where I can
submit the src and binary package.

The rpm spec file needs more improvement when I get more familiar with
QuantLib. Right now, I just noticed that to build QuantLib requires auomake
version higher than 1.7. Is there any other requirement that I missed?
