Where exactly are you getting stuck? Are you getting any error message
that you could show us?
Before attempting to export a template class, maybe you could try first
exporting a non-template class:
Expose QuantLib Classes to QuantLibXL
http://quantlib.org/quantlibaddin/extend_tutorial.htmlOnce you get to grips with that you could move on to the template
class.
