I figured it out. The "Use run-time library:" option changed from
"Multithreaded DLL" to "Multithreaded" in the new version. And well,
yes, having a second look it does say so on the "Usage"-page.
Probably got so used to the DLL-thing, that I didn't read the page
probably. And well, the new setting seems more logical too. After
all, it's an EXE-file not a DLL that I'm compiling.
