Bonjour Pierre,
Makefile.am should be enough---Makefile.in and Makefile should be
regenerated automatically next time you run make. However, you'll
probably need automake and autoconf (and maybe libtool) installed on
your machine. If it doesn't work, try running ./autogen.sh
and ./configure again and see whether you get any errors.
