Release MTDLL vs Release CRTDLL

Hi,

I would like to know the difference between
the Release MTDLL and  Release CRTDLL build configurations.
In particular I found that in QL-0.3.11Release MTDLL  is available,
while in
QL-0.3.12  Release CRTDLL is available.
A similar situation applies to the debug case.

"Release MTDLL" was renamed to "Release CRTDLL" in 0.3.12. Apart from  
the name, there was no other change.

MTDLL if a Microsoft flag and stands for Multithread DLL. It means
that the run time C library is linked dynamically. this was not clear
to some user, so we were hoping that C Run Time DLL would have been
more clear.
