Remaks about 0.3.9 tarballs

Hi,

Building QuantLib 0.3.9 on MacOS X with
--disable-deprecated highlighted the following issues
:

-
ql/PricingEngines/CapFloor/analyticcapfloorengine.cpp
QL_MAX might be replaced by std::max

- test-suite/compfoundforward.cpp
ZARLibor might be replaced by Jibar
