build error while trying to build test-suite of quantlib

 C:\QuantLib-0.4.0\test-suite\Makefile.win [Build Error] n\make.exe: *** [bin/QuantLib-test-suite-mgw-0_4_0.exe] Error 1

 C:\QuantLib-0.4.0\test-suite\g++.exe ../../Boost/lib/libboost_prg_exec_monitor-mgwmt-sd-1_33_1.lib: No such file or directory.

 

can anybody tell me what am I doing wrong while trying to compile test-suite ?
