error in loading QuantLibXL Framework into Excel

Hi,
I have downloaded and installed QuantLibXL version 0.9.6.which includes the Framework
Successfully.
But when I tried to load Framework into Excel, by double click on file QuantLibXL\framework\QuantLibXL.xla it gives error like
"Could not load an object because it is not available on the machine"

Detail screenshots I have captured in a word file and attached with this mail.
My Excel is 2003, OS is Windows XP Service Pack2.
My QuantlibXL is installed in D:\ drive.   ( System Drive is C:\)
could it be an issue ?
I thought of using depends.exe utility but as I am not so advanced professional
programmer...so please tell me how to solve the issue.
I will be really grateful for that.
