install quantlib on VS Express 2012

Hi, all,
I am new to this list and also new to C++. I found the instructions for installing quantlib on VS Expression 2010. Can I follow the same procedure to install quantlib on VS Express 2012? Is it necessary to install boost?

I try to download the installer for boost at the website: but it seems does not work anymore. Could someone let me know where I can download the install or setup file? Or if you have a copy and it's not too big, could you share it with me?

They no longer provide installers. You can use the instructions at
<http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_55_0/more/getting_started/windows.html> to build Boost yourself.
