installation for VC++ .NET 2005

Greetings,

I would appreciate it if any of you could email me a list of instructions
for installing boost and quantlib for the VC++.NET 2005 express version.  
Both the boost.org website and quanlib.org website instructions are too hard
to follow.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
