problem met when i try to install quantlib on dev c++

Hi,

I am new here.
I tried to install quantlib 0.8.1 on dev c++ following this
http://www.quantcode.com/modules/smartfaq/faq.php?faqid=9&com_id=50&com_rootid=50&
but it came up with this :
 F:\cpp\QuantLib-0.8.1\Makefile.win [Build Error]  No rule to make target `all'.  Stop.

Anyone who can help me with this?
