Summary: Examples failed due to blackconstantvol.hpp update
Initial Comment:
In the Example EquityOption, `QuantLib::BlackConstantVol::BlackConstantVol can't find the corresponding prototype after adding the calender as an extra parameter.
It also happened in other examples.
