Summary: compilation error in DiscreteHedging.cpp on Linux

Operating System: Fedora
Compiler: gcc 4.2.4
On compiling the DiscreteHedging.cpp file, following errors were found:

Message:
Your compiler cannot find <ql/quantlib.hpp> (and is probably giving you an
error about that before the ones you reported. Make sure that you pass the
relevant include directory to the compiler.
