Summary: Majority of .hpp contain illegal charactor for MSVC 9
Initial Comment:
I got over 10000 warnings C4819: Stating the .hpp file contains charactor that cannot be represented by current code page (936). Can you uplead a version that is is compatible with MSVS 2008 complier? Also cannot open file Error for QuantLib-VC90-mt-sgd-0_9_7.lib

Message:
I don't have any such warning; it would help if you specified the exact
text, including the file that triggers the warning.
However, I have disabled the warning in the project properties. This
should fix the issue.
As for QuantLib-VC90-mt-sgd-0_9_7.lib missing, there might be other errors
lost amongst the warnings that prevented the library from being built. You
should be able to see them once the warnings are gone.
