Summary: building QuantLib CVS under Cygwin
Initial Comment:
As per the INSTALL.txt one should run configure in the
directory.
But there does not seem to be a configure in the directory:
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/quantlib/QuantLib/When I run autoconf, I get these errors:
$ autoconf --version
autoconf (GNU Autoconf) 2.52

Do I need to have some more cygwin packages installed?
