Initial Comment:
Those are files to implement Business/252 Daycounter,
as used in Brazil.
I included businessDaysBetween into Calendar class in
order to have how to calculate now many business days
there are between two dates (following a Calendar).
Brazil calendar class was rewritten in order to follow
QuantLib standard. I kept backward compatibility.
