reposit/QuantLibXL 1.7 prerelease

Hi All,

I packaged a prerelease build of QuantLibXL 1.7:

    http://sourceforge.net/projects/quantlib/files/QuantLibXL/prerelease/

This release is based on the reposit platform which is a work in
progress.
