Preliminary 0.3.5 tarballs

Hi all,
        I just uploaded tentative tarballs for release 0.3.5 into
http://quantlib.org/gm/
Please play with them if your computer has a few spare cycles.

Dirk and Liguo: the final tarballs will come later, but can you check  
that your Debian/RPM thing works correctly?
