The Makefile and log file are attached.

Here is the way how the error is produced:
$ cd Examples/BermudanSwaption/
$ make examples 2>&1 |tee make.log

BTW, I think it might be better to describe how to build examples and test-suite in the documentation (for different platforms, e.g. Linux, cygwin, windows etc.)
