Boost version

Hi all,
    I was thinking of requiring at least Boost 1.39, mostly so that we
can use boost::make_shared (*).  It was released in May 2009, so I'm
assuming most of us has moved forward. Is anybody still stuck with an
earlier version and opposed to the change?
