I do it manually. The problem I have now is that I no longer have all
those versions of Visual Studio installed. Also, a couple of weeks ago
we attempted a 64 bit build, and concluded that for the time being it is
more trouble than it is worth... So I am not sure how I will test all of
the different builds that are included in the release...
