Yes, I think the problem is some config in this machine, because I tried with another one with the same environment (Win7 + Cygwin) and it worked. Unfortunatelly, I was not able to fix that error. I will try to skip experimental as a temporary solution. Thanks very much for the help Luigi.

LucasDo you have ql/experimental/amortizingbonds/.libs/libAmortizingBonds.a? If not, are there any errors logged while compiling in ql/experimental/amortizingbonds? (It would be before the part you quoted.)
