Building and Installing the Libreoffice Addin

Hello,

I am trying to build and install the Quantlib Addin for Libreoffice according
to:
http://quantlib.org/quantlibaddin/build_calc.html

Any help in using idlc, regmerge, cppumaker, compiling and installing would be
very much appreciated.
