QuantLib build 0.3.0b1-20020322 available

Hi all

I've build today a new snapshot (0.3.0b1-20020322) of the CVS tree. As
usual it's available at http://quantlib.org/snapshot.html

For the first time it includes QuantLibXL: please note that the module is
not QuantLib-Excel anymore, but it's called QuantLibXL. The name change
also applies to the CVS module. This version works with xlw
1.1.0a2-20020322, available from http://xlw.sourceforge.net/snapshot.html
