install.sh is missing in CVS

Hi,

I couldn't configure QL make after getting the latest version a couple of
minutes ago (4:45pm PST)

[QuantLib]$ autoconf
[QuantLib]$ ./configure
loading cache ./config.cache
configure: error: can not find install-sh or install.sh in config ./config

And indeed there is no config/install-sh

Any suggestion?
