Jack,
         I'm attaching a C++ translation of Jens' code. You'll have to
replace calendar.hpp, add jointcalendar.[hc]pp to the ql/Calendars folder,
and add the latter files to the VC++ project or ql/Calendars/Makefile.am
depending on which platform you're compiling on.
