Building QuantlibXL under Visual Studio 2003

I was trying to build QuantlibXL under Visual Studio 2003 / VC 7.1.

 

I get this error message

This looks to me as if we are trying to determin some compiler settings, and that this only works under VC6.

Is there a fix for this under CVS?
