Do you use Windows, Linux, Unix?
If you use Windows Visual Studio don't forget to say where the include
files are:

I use the examples of QuantLib. The following error message is "fatal error
C1083: Cannot open include file:
       'ql/qldefines.hpp':  ". I read the discreption from the web
http://www.quantlib.org/html/usage.html.
       I can't realize what it says. I am the beginner of C++. Can you tell
me how to do it?
